2022 not especially delicious this year. I used pancake syrup instead of maple syrup and made 5 lb of nuts in a double batch. One pan (the darkest metal) burned. Others have only a mild flavored coating, though nicely roasted
2023 bought new pans, much easier! Real maple syrup for great flavor. Used winco mixed nuts, tasty on their own (mostly peanuts) or supplemented. 2 mixed nuts:1 pecans:1 filberts:0.5 whole dried cranberries. Bought 6+ lbs of nuts but used 4-5. 2 batches on two different days works well, don't have to do it all at once.
