Added in dried Chinese mushrooms and sliced carrots and sweetcorn (for colour) . Fresh pomegranate seeds as a garnish would be lovely next time
Served with toast jacket potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and mixed seasonal veg. Result : a kind of Asian/Sunday roast fusion! Delicious!
