I LOVE PB and this recipe is DELICIOUS. 😋 first time making this and I screwed up the marinade by adding peanut butter to it. 😖 I also made twice as much of the sauce bc I like enough sauce to coat the breaded tofu and rice. I will make it again and try not screw up the marinade again.
