I usually use garam masala instead of coriander because I like that taste a little more. This is a go to recipe for me. I buy diced frozen sweet potatoes because it cuts down on time and the whole prep process takes like 15 minutes. Genuinely so easy and tasty! And it makes my house smell so good all day!
