This was GOOD! (but there were adaptations). For 3 servings:
- Thigh not breast
- Doubled onion
- Beef stock, not chicken
- 1 big heaped tsp ancho flakes
- 1tsp oregano
- Salt & pepper
- Reduced stock before adding tomatoes
- Cooked in a crock pot for 1 hour.
- Brown rice and tortilla chips
- Cheese
