Absolutely delicious! The raw garlic gives a nice spiciness to this dish. As I had difficulty grating the garlic against my toasted bread, I used an actual grater to grate/mince the garlic and sprinkle it over the bread.

Oh that’s a great tip! I did feel like I was mushing the nice and crispy bread while rubbing the garlic so I’ll try that next time!
