This took way, way longer than the recipe stipulated. It needed far longer in the oven. I suspect I might have done too many vegetables, which stopped the heat circulating. However, the flavour was delicious and made it's own fabulous lemon gravy. I did put in a whole extra lemon and 4 extra garlic cloves.
