I couldn't get it to photograph well but it's delish!! I really love the sauce (although the recipe made way too much and I had to only use half). It has a little spice kick that I love but I could see it being too hot for some. I had arugula so I added that and I honestly think the recipes probably should have included some greens cause it's great with arugula. I also think I would try roasting the chickpeas next time so they get more crisp, and maybe try to broil the veggies more (instead of just roasting) so they get crisper with more color.
