The roast served over Parmesan risotto is delish. The roast alone was good but the Parmesan risotto elevated it to great for me. I would definitely make this again. The risotto is a tad bit time consuming having to continuously stir but I was still able to have it on the table in under 30 mins. The roast took minutes to put together in the morning. The pinch of cayenne gave it a little kick. You could definitely leave that out if you don’t like any spice. I think the dry Italian packet gives it a tad bit of spice as well on its own. Overall I would make this again.
