Simple and delicious recipe. The most difficult part is getting the ham and Swiss cheese stuffed nicely in the meatball. I found forming the ham and cheese into more of a ball first made it much easier to get the meatball wrapped evenly around. Served it over some brown rice. Increased the sauce portion by 1.5 times to have a little more for serving.
