I cooked it with normal kitchen hardware.
Before, heat up some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken at high heat to make a crust. After that, take the chicken off the pan and cook the onions. Once the onions become brownish, you can add the sauce (with the chilly). Eventually, you add the chicken back and the starch right after and cook until the sauce is thick. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top to give some contrast in the colors.
