I wish I could rate in percentage. The sauce was nice, but the meat was tougher, than I like. Not sure, whether It was the recipe, the meat or the way I prepared it. Will revisit in some time and see how it goes.

Pork that lean can overcook super quickly. Make sure you only sear each side long enough to get colour then bake only until it reaches 145°
