Easy tasty and basic. Perfect for on a budget or beginner family chefs. A more experienced chef could easily take some license to make it an even better dish - I put cheese and panko crumbs on the top. I would have grilled it a little longer but the cat fell asleep on me after I put it in the oven so my boyfriend was in charge the finishing and plating.
