Pork chops came out very tender. I used some super cheap stuffing I had on hand, so I can only imagine how good it would be with better quality stuffing. I used cream of chicken because it’s what I had, but I think it would have been better with cream of mushroom. Still great. Even my newly picky toddler ate it (with a side of ketchup, of course). Served with asparagus and cheesy green beans. I had a pack of 12 pork chops so I doubled the recipe and made them all. It was so filling that we have plenty left for lunch the rest of the week.
