← Replies in Tweaked: Easy Chicken Noodle Bowls Recipe

I wish I'd gotten pictures but we absolutely devoured this. I've made several times and am really preferring it with wider noodles and adding carrot and celery, omitting the green onion and I dice the chicken because I don't like shredding it. I keep adding more ginger to taste. No lime wedges, just juicing 1 lime into it at the end.

I'm violating my own rule because I didn't time this but it is quick to put together. I've also been cooking the broth, meat, veggies, heating up the next day and adding noodles. Finishing with lime juice.

Also I changed the recipe because this is the perfect vehicle for those frozen Dorot ginger cubes.
