Made a few changes, as I was making it for 6. First, I sliced the chicken thinly before cooking so that it would cook faster. Second, I used a full box (16oz) of pasta, added a cup of water and an extra 1/2 cup of cream. It all cooked up perfectly and was SO creamy and delicious! Next time, I'm going to pour it all into a casserole when it's done, top it with shredded mozzarella and throw it under a broiler for a few minutes. Can't wait!
