Very yummy, I did a mix of drumsticks and chicken breast. I put foil under the breast chunks to keep moist but the tops and sides got lovely and crispy yet not too dry. The drumsticks were lovely and crispy to so says my partner so all in all 10/10. Liked it so much I’ve cooked it twice this week.
I think I’ll add some a lemon slice or juice in the sauce next time.
