The overall idea I love! I didn’t think the veggie choices all went well with the peanut sauce. The peanut sauce has much to be desired in flavor. I bought a back up store peanut sauce that was amazing! This made the rolls easier to eat.
I likely would update the peanut sauce recipe and use a different mix of veggies altogether.
The idea is great, it’s super easy to make and really inspired me for future meals! I just wish the sauce and veggie mix was better- but that’s my liking!
