Soooo nice.
I added an extra stock cube for more flavouring and more water as the rice was still undercooked in the end. Also added yellow capsicum as well as the red (can’t really see the red capsicum or carrot in this photo). Made a vegetarian version for myself and it turned out amazing.
Definitely my new go-to way to make rice, we had it as the main dish tonight but would be perfect as a side dish as well.
