- I used vanilla oat milk because that’s all I had but I would emphasize not using any plant-based milk that is sweet and flavored. Plain and unsweetened will make it taste the best.
- I didn’t really like the beans being heated in the oven for so long. They came out too crunchy. Next time I’m going to put them in maybe 5-ish minutes before the kale goes in.
- Other than that it’s really good and creamy. I did simmer the sauce a little longer until it was the consistency I wanted.
