We love stroganoff and I was looking for a simple recipe. The flavor of this was wonderful! I measured out my noodles by weight which was only half the bag. When it was finished it was really soupy. Next time, we'll just use the whole bag and have more leftovers. Hubby went back for seconds and wanted even more.
