Sweet
The sauce has a weird taste, maybe from the coconut milk. Adding more basil helped neutralise this. The texture was nice and better than eating sliced zucchini but I'm not sure I'd make this again... or maybe one more try with evaporated milk. My toddler hated it.

Anytime I use coconut milk in sauces that aren't sweet I add about 1/2 tsp baking soda. Don't ask me how, but it gets rid of the coconut flavor.
