Super easy recipe with lots of flavor! The freshness of the lemon really makes this dish. We served it with a simple salad on the side and it was the perfect weeknight meal. Be sure to save some of the marinade to drizzle on top of the chicken when it's done and then add the cheese and parsley...perfect!
