Sweet
It was okay. Too sweet. Used too many pasilla peppers and did not care for the raisins. Update 2023/04/16: second time making it. Skipped the passilla peppers, used 6 ancho and 5 chipotle in adobo. Absolutely loved it, might use 4 chipotle next time.
