honestly, it was really good. i thought i didn't like almond flour but i gave it a shot and i was really surprised! so in the recipe it mentions the maple syrup and i don't know if the author only mentioned it as a topping, but i actually put it in with the liquid ingredients lol
i doubled the portions to make 5 medium/small pancakes! and the batter was REALLLLY thick so i added water. not sure how much cause i just eyeballed it, but i'd say maybe 2 or 3 tablespoons (which would be 1 or 1 1/2 if you're doing the exact measurements from the recipe). will be making again, thanks!
