I omitted the tortilla and used a lettuce leaf to keep low carb. I also sautéed the garlic and tomato paste then added the pesto and chicken to heat through. To do it this way, I think it might be better as a casserole. Combination of flavors was very good!

When do you propose to add the zucchini?

I grilled the zucchini ahead and just added as directed. Would do the same to make into a casserole.
