The old El Paso tortilla’s seem to have shrunk in diameter! When I make this again I will halve the chicken strips (Morrison’s), cut the red pepper shorter and thinner and economise upon the Red Leicester cheese by grating it. The halloumi and chorizo were delicious and the guacamole added a deliciously fresh taste. A fun dish to prepare and assemble 😋
