ENGLISH TRADUCTION : Separate the egg whites from the yolks, whip the egg whites to snow by adding the erythritol slowly. Combine the yolk in a separate bowl and beat it with the vanilla drops, milk and flour be sure to remove all lumps. Gently incorporate the latter into the previously whipped egg whites with a spatula making slow movements from top to bottom. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat and pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture. Pour 2/3 drops of water to the sides of the pan to create steam and close with a lid. After 2 minutes add a tablespoon of mixture on each pancake and turn them over with the help of a spatula. Add another 2/3 teaspoon of water on the sides and finish cooking for another 2 minutes with a lid.
