I was very hesitant to make this, but it's going straight to our favourite list.
I used half the amount of maple syrup and sriracha sauce, and skipped the peas.
You absolutely don't need an instant pot to make this, but the pasta came out perfect.
If your pot is hot when you start sauteing the vegetables, maybe don't put the peanut sauce in first as it may stick to it like there is no tomorrow.
