My husband isn't a fan of kielbasa so I substituted 3 sweet Italian sausages (cooked through beforehand) and 3 New Orleans style Andouille sausages. I used penne pasta since that's all I could find. Added more garlic and cheese than the recipe called for. Added mushrooms since we like them. Turned out OK. Good base recipe to build on. Will make again with more tweaks.
