Just used this to make the pork chops and Dijon coating. Was very surprised at how much this sauce improved the flavour and moistness of pork chops. Considering they were poor quality and defrosted, my expectation was low, but blow away.
you can save the sauce when plucking out the chops, add some water to the pan and continue to simmer it to make more runny gravy.
