Please note: The diameter of the tart pans I use is 10cm. You can make shells a few days ahead. You can fill in the tarts with any filling you like. I would advise tasting the curd and adjusting the sugar to your preference. You can use fresh or frozen berries. You can use shortcuts pastry instead of making your own, but homemade tastes better.
