I can understand that, thanks for the comments; frozen pie crust sometimes leave a lot to be desired. At times when I want a more rustic taste and feel, I place wax paper on my counter and then spread all purpose flour over it, then corn meal, both liberally. After which I spread out the pie crust with a rolling pin. I do this on both sides. It makes the pie crust much easier to work with. Give it a try a tell me your thoughts.
