I cooked mine on high because I woke up late and didn't have time for low. it cooked a little long as you can see, BUT I think that's what I like about it. I cooked another pot at the same time on the slow cooker setting of my instant pot. it didn't look the same, and it wasn't as tender. overall, I'll probably cook it the same amount of time. we like things a little burned in our house 😂. thank you for the great recipe!
