It was plain on its own, but it was good when I modified the sauce. To the peppers, walnut, garlic, and parmigano cheese, I added butter, heavy cream, and more parmigano (Parmesan) cheese. I also added some more garlic powder. I wouldn’t add more raw garlic as I put two cloves instead of one and found it strong. Next time I will cook the garlic with the onion in the pan before hand.
