Overall it's a delicious recipe! I would add cajun seasoning or maybe some hot sauce to give it more of a kick and for taste (personal preference). Next time instead of 2 cups of rice I would do 1, or atleast 1 and a half. The rice really soaked up the juice even when I added water. ☆☆☆☆

Next time cook the rice separately and just add it to the bowl.
