I probably didn't use as many tomatoes as it called for so sauce wasn't as nice as it could have been. Could also substitute feta for goat cheese. Very good. I pounded my chicken and breaded it but didn't need to do that if you don't want to. Enjoy! Also, a warning, lots of pots and pans to wash.
