Super tasty simple recipe. Tips: read the instructions first as this gives you the knowledge that you will be marinading the chicken first and as alway with marinade the longer the better. The recipe calls for the initial ingredients to be “blended ” this means blended in a food processor (took me a minute to understand), this means the initial ingredients )onion, garlic, ginger, chilli) don’t need to be finely sliced/ chopped as it’s going to get zapped in the food processor later. I used just one large chicken breast (so not the 850g recipe calls for) but I separately stir fried some pak Choi 🥬 mini corn 🌽 carrot 🥕 broccoli 🥦 and red pepper 🫑 and added it at the end to bulk it up…would 10/10 recommend to add extra veggies - but even without the extra veg it’s a an absolutely incredible dish.
