So this is half a recipe made in a 6" mini bundt pan. I only wanted to feed 2 people tonight.
I would suggest warming the tortillas the they will shape to the pan easier, and I could have added more filling to the pan.
The taste was great. Cooked for 20 minutes for this small size .
