Crunchy Taco Ring
Crunchy Tortilla Taco Ring
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large white onion
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeño
1 pound of ground beef
1 packet of taco seasoning
10 flour tortillas
nonstick cooking oil spray
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups tortilla chips
1½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1. Cut tortillas into strips, and layer into a round cake pan
2. Cook onions, red bell pepper, jalapeño and ground beef, in a separate pan
3. Add cheddar cheese, ground beef, Monterey Jack cheese, tortilla ends, and tortilla chips, in layers until cake pan is full.
4. Bake for 45 mins at 350°
5. Top with more cheese and parsley (optional)
