We altered and did a 1 pan version. (Pan should be over safe)
Baked tots in oven while cooking sausage , onion, and added peppers. Prepped egg mixture with the cheese in it.
Then dropped done tots into pan and poured egg cheese mixture on top.
Put pan in oven on 375 for 15 min.
