I made this stuffed crust pizza. It rose perfectly during the proof and then in the oven. I used cut up string cheese and rolled it into the crust. Only think that didn't turn out great about this was that the bottom of the crust stuck to the pizza stone. Next time I'll use corn meal on the bottom to prevent sticking. I might also bake the crust a bit longer by itself. It was just bordering on undercooked (maybe because I had so many toppings)
