Original qtys serve 4. For 2 I used 1 red onion, 2 large cloves garlic, 1 red chilli , 2 large toms and approx 220g frozen prawns. Didnt have curry powder so used turmeric, garam masala, cumin & paprika. 2 generous pinches salt. and used 1/2 tin coconut milk instead of yoghurt & added tsp demerara sugar to sauce
