The seasoning smelled divine. We also added dry minced onion, you could do the same with onion powder. The timing was perfect, our potatoes (we used large Yukon Golds) were fork tender. Next time I'm going to mix everything in a bowl before I put it on the pan, for better coating. Goes great with Parmesan Honey slow cooked pork roast. Would make again 100 times!
