Tweaked a fair bit. Sealed meat as did not want greasy curry. Used chilli powder and also cinnamon. Added everything at start only used 1/2 tin of coconut milk. Thickened with tbsp coconut flour at end which you can just dump straight into pot and also added a bit of coconut Handful of almonds and sultanas. Served with brown basmati and garnished with fresh coriander. It’s worth the extra time browning meat only takes 5 mins.
