Sooo easy to make that I’m kind of ashamed I never thought to - I’ve always bought the frozen ones and these are worlds apart. The croissant dough is nice and flaky and the butter brushing adds richness and color. Despite my worries the sausages did cook all the way through and were juicy. I needed to have them in the oven the full 15min but these lil bites came out nice and tender without being over cooked and dry. Really pleased with the end result and these are quite fun to make, I’d recommend for families with kids who want to help in the kitchen (just cut the dough for them) and lazy cooks needing a quick snack ;) These made two platters which were more than enough for one person and probably could serve 2-4.
