I used 1/4" chops and I was just barely able to cut them with a fork. I'll probably do 5"-6" next time or 3/4 inch chops. The flavor was very good, even though I had to substitute vegetable broth for beef (was out of beef). Will definitely make this again. Essentially a one pot meal, though I made mashed potatoes and green beans, leaving 2 more pots to clean.
