This was dead easy to make and wifey loved it so bonus points there. Did make a couple of changes. Pat the chicken dry first otherwise the coating just becomes part of the sauce and I added some golden breadcrumbs to the mix to crisp the coating a little. Also used fresh pasta as it tastes better - but careful not to overcook. Overall 👍
