I have been trying to use more veggies and less flour. So instead of juicing the beats and pressing everything together, I just sliced the beets, seasoned them with all the herbs and sauces listed, lightly coating with a gluten free flour, and fried it on my cast iron grill skillet. When it was done I topped it with a little beet juice to make it look like a med rare steak bleeding effect, topped with fresh rosemary and thyme. My meat loving husband couldn’t keep his hands off my plate! Def a make again!
