Enjoyed making this. An upgrade from my old shrimp Alfredo recipe. The sauce comes out a bit thick which makes it a little hard to eat, def need a glass of water on the side. I'm going to try to toss in parsley while it cooks instead of as a garnish. Also contemplating adding some lemon to the chicken for some citrus to cut through. Might also water it down to make it less thick and salty. Overall great dish, definitely has me feeling inspired and was a great hit with my partner. Some garlic bread and salad in the side will make it a filling meal. Def adding this to the weekly rotation
